Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1, 2026 · Last Updated: May 1, 2026

1. Nature of Service

NeuroHub is an administrative automation tool. It helps California families draft reimbursement invoices and organize documents for Regional Center programs, including the Self-Determination Program (SDP), Social Recreational Activities (SRA), and Participant-Directed Services. NeuroHub is not a licensed legal service, financial advisor, or healthcare provider.

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of reimbursement. All final submission decisions remain the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.

2. Drafting, Not Sending

NeuroHub drafts invoices and email communications on your behalf. We never transmit documents to regional centers or FMS providers without your explicit action. You review and send all materials yourself via your own email client or mail submission.

3. Accuracy of AI Outputs

Our AI extracts data from your uploaded documents and matches payments against your IPP goals. These outputs are automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated invoices and communications before submitting them. NeuroHub is not liable for reimbursement denials resulting from inaccurate AI extractions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of a participant in a California Regional Center program to use this service.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may only upload documents for which you are the authorized holder.
  • You may not use this platform to fabricate invoices, misrepresent services, or commit fraud against the California Department of Developmental Services.
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

The NeuroHub platform, including its UI, AI prompts, and compliance logic, is proprietary to NeuroHub. Your uploaded documents and the data extracted from them belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reimbursement denials, regional center disputes, or errors in AI-generated documents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
